RESTAURANT AGREEMENT (DEADLINE August 7th)
Before you fill out the Restaurant Agreement you must have your Cave Creek Business License, Maricopa County Permit, and Event Insurance Policy documents ready to upload during the registration process.

SPONSOR AGREEMENT (DEADLINE August 7th)
Before you fill out the Sponsor Agreement you must have your Cave Creek Business License and Event Insurance Policy documents ready to upload during the registration process.

VENDOR AGREEMENT (DEADLINE August 7th)
Before you fill out the Vendor Agreement you must have your Cave Creek Business License and Event Insurance Policy documents ready to upload during the registration process.

GUIDELINES FOR TASTING PORTIONS

• Protein-Based Dishes: 2–3 oz per serving (meatballs, mini tacos, sliders, etc.)
• Seafood: 1–2 oz bite-size portion (mini crab cakes, shrimp skewers)
• Pasta or Grain Dishes: 2 oz cooked serving (served in small cups or boats)
• Handheld Options: Think mini versions (sliders, ¼ sandwiches, street taco-sized portions)
• Soups/Chilis: 2–3 oz in small tasting cups
• Desserts: 2–3 bite-sized servings (mini cupcakes, cookie halves, dessert shooters)

Location: Stagecoach Village, Unit 105 (same unit as prior years)
Use the designated marked doorways for entry.

NO food tickets. Each restaurant will retain 100% of the proceeds. Cash and credit card payments for food, drinks and merchandise to be accepted at your booth. Wi-Fi and two ATM machines will be available.

Stagecoach Village will provide the following for all restaurants that participate in the event:

• ATM

• Event parking/shuttles
• Event Management
• Ticket Sales
• Security Services
• Provide Security Plan for events
• Event Maps
• Advertising, Promotion, and Marketing of the event
• On-site entertainment
• Obtain Liquor License in accordance with the 501c(3) for the event
