I understand that set up is available on October 21 after 12:00 pm. If I choose not to set up on October 21, I agree that all setting up of my booth must be completed NO LATER THAN 2:00 pm on the 22nd of October 2025.

I understand that sign-up, paperwork and payment deadline is August 15, 2025. All paperwork and payment are accessed through the portal on the Taste of Cave Creek website.

I understand that there will be NO food tickets. Each restaurant will retain 100% of the proceeds. Cash and credit card payments for food, drinks and merchandise to be accepted at your booth. Wi-Fi and ATM machines will be available.

I understand food samples are priced at $5 - $7. Bottles water can be sold for $2. Merchandise sales are allowed.

I understand that I am responsible for any spills which occur on the property of Stagecoach Village and agree to clean up any such spills and notify event staff of any such spills. Please do not leave leftover oil in containers.

I understand that ALL restaurants must obtain REQUIRED PERMITS from Maricopa County in reference to catering and food handling.

I acknowledge that Maricopa County will be inspecting my restaurant booth, and that I will be responsible for compliance with Maricopa County Department of Health Regulations.

I understand that I must provide ALL requirements for electrical power needed for my booth NO LATER than September 17, to Patty Pollnow.

I agree to provide a fire extinguisher and hand washing sink for my restaurant booth.

I agree to provide my own tables/chairs for the 10 x 10 booth.

I agree to provide the menu items that I intend to offer at The Taste of Cave Creek NO LATER THAN September 17, to Patty Pollnow.

I agree to maintain my booth and staff until 9:00 pm each evening of the event and I agree that I will not be permitted to leave the event prior to 9:00 pm each evening.

I agree to allow photos of my staff and booth to be utilized by Taste of Cave Creek for promotional activities.

I understand that I am responsible for providing Event Insurance Requirements
