Chili Cook-Off
Cave Creek, Tim and Willy Chili Cook-off

Cash prizes awarded! With 20 or more cooks in the competition the winner will qualify for World Competition.
Red chili will be featured on Wednesday the 17, and green chili on Thursday the 18.
Qualifications to enter include a $25 fee, and membership to the International Chili Society. Membership to ICS is an additional $25 which entails one years membership. Each competitor will need to have insurance certificate naming the Town.
Chili can be sold by the cook. 25% of profit will go to charity, and 50% will go to the cook. A temporary permit is required to sell chili.
